We offer paid programs, digital resources, private sessions, and community access designed to help you build clarity, consistency, and systems that scale.

1. Services Provided

SSBI offers the following types of services:

  • 90-Day Operations Program (includes calls, resources, and structured guidance)

  • Digital Resources Vault (templates, systems, frameworks)

  • 1:1 Coaching Sessions and Advisory Calls

  • Community Access (e.g., Discord, Notion, and other platforms)

  • Content & Newsletter (free and paid)

Each offer is clearly outlined on our website and sales materials. Access is granted upon full or partial payment, depending on the plan.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed via secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or others we use).

  • Prices are listed in EUR/USD/AUD and may vary based on the offer.

  • Access to digital products and services is granted only after successful payment.

  • Payment plans (if offered) must be respected. Missed payments may result in access suspension.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital content and consulting, all purchases are final unless otherwise stated. If you’re unsure about a service, we encourage you to book a clarity call before purchasing.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, templates, and resources provided by SSBI are the intellectual property of SSBI unless otherwise credited.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal or internal business use.

You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.

4. Use of Services

You agree not to use our services in a way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair any of our platforms or interfere with other participants.

We reserve the right to revoke access if terms are breached, including misuse of community platforms, harassment, or illegal activity.

5. Confidentiality

All 1:1 coaching sessions and shared client data are kept confidential and will not be shared outside of the SSBI consulting relationship unless legally required.

6. Disclaimers

Our coaching and advisory services provide insights, strategies, and frameworks to help guide your business.

We do not guarantee specific results, as every business is different. Implementation and outcomes depend on your execution and context. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or materials.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse service at any time

  • Revoke access due to abuse, non-payment, or misuse of content

  • Change or update these terms with prior notice via email or platform message

8. Govering Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, where SSBI is registered.

Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts under Belgian jurisdiction.
